We are glad to share that the first stop of iClick’s Release of Travel Retail Whitepaper Roadshow was a huge success! It was joyously held in the Sofitel Singapore City Centre on May 12. As the world's post-COVID recovery takes off, this live conference gathered 80+ travel retail industry professionals to learn from the findings of our recently launched Chinese Travel Shoppers 2022 Whitepaper and also directly from the star speakers and panellists from Tencent Cloud, The Moodie Davitt Report, Qunar.com, Mafengwo, Meituan and ACCSS Digital on how to strategically position their brand for the return of the travel retail boom.
Key topics such as Chinese travelers’ search insights and omnichannel strategies in travel retail were covered. The thought-provoking panel discussion on Chinese travel market pre- and post-pandemic triggered very engaging participation from the floor.
